Dug my tubers up and they looked good, after drying them for a couple of days they all seem a little soft. I’m going to wrap them up in paper and store anyway, but wasn’t sure if a little give sounded normal.

Outside vine, comes back every year. Transplanted from somewhere else, this is in MA. There’s some invasive vine with serrated leaves trying to muscle in as well. Any thoughts?
